Dear Fellow International Development Professionals:

Until poverty has been eradicated, until the environment has been fully protected, until every person has a vote and basic human rights, there will be a need for development assistance. I had the honor of leading the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) for six years. During that time I learned much about all of our obligations to the developing world and about the practical difficulties involved in getting development done right.

Devex is part of the solution. We assist the thousands of professionals, businesses, and non-profit corporations who work everyday to make sustainable development a reality but who face the roadblocks of working in this highly fragmented and regulated industry. We at Devex want to empower you to bring more innovation and efficiency to development.
