How to advance sustainable development
Participate in Rio+Solutions, a global conversation about the key challenges expected to feature prominently at Rio+20, the United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development June 20-22, 2012.
The objective of the project is to improve the quality and relevance of higher education and research in Montenegro.
This objective is designed to be achieved through the following components:
Component 1: Higher Education Finance Reforms and Implementation of Quality Assurance Norms
Component 2: Human Capital Development through Internationalization Initiatives
Component 3: Establishment of a Competitive Research and Innovation Environment
The Board Approval shall take place on 13 December 2011.
The World Bank estimates the total project cost at US$20 million.

The Board approved the project on 24 January 2012. The total project cost is now estimated at US$15.98 million.
